At Cxceed, we offer you two different types of Benchmark Surveys:

General Survey
General Surveys can focus on any area or aspect of your business that you want customers to give their opinion on.
For example, you could request them to rate the customer service you deliver, the speed of delivery, or value for money of a product.

Promoter Score Survey
Promoter Score Surveys, also known as Net Promoter Score (NPS), has a sole purpose of discovering how loyal customers really are to your business and brand.
It's a very direct question, but it's guaranteed to give you the answers you need to know.

1. Select A Survey
Choose between creating a General or Promoter Score Survey.
Can't Decide? No problem! You can make and send as many surveys as you want, as often as you please.

2. Decide Who Receives
All of your customers can be given identifier tags, such as gender, age, and location.
You can filter using these tags to target your surveys to specific customers.

3. Create The Survey
All the surveys are fully customisable, allowing you to ask the questions you really want to know the answers to.
Depending on your survey choice will impact which questions you should ask.

4. Send Out & Collect!
When integrated with API, Cxceed surveys will be automatically sent out to anyone you want to receive them, via email.
Every result will then be available in the Report Hub.
