How Do Benchmark Surveys Work?

It’s simple really. Over certain periods of time, you send your customers a Benchmark Survey, which can either be a General Survey, or a Promotor Survey.

General Survey

These questions can focus on any area of your business that you want rating – such as the customer service you deliver and speed of service. Basically, if your business does it, you can ask your customers about it!

Promoter Score Survey

These types of surveys, also known as Net Promotor Score (NPS), aim to discover how loyal your customers are, and whether they would recommend you to a friend. This is a very direct question, but ultimately it gets you the answers you need to know.

After your customers complete the surveys, you’ll get the results, as well as average scores given by all your customers.

You can use these scores as 'benchmarks', and compare them with future or past results, to see any progress you have made.

If you scores keep improving, you know your hard work is paying off! All of the data you collect is automatically stored in the Report Hub, which contains simple to read and understand data and graphs.
